Scimitar Fused Ring Main Unit up to 15.5kV
The Scimitar range of extensible and non-extensible ring main units has been designed to meet stringent requirements for durable indoor and outdoor applications. Utilising SF6 switches and HV fuses in air for protective devices, Scimitar provides a full solution for secondary distribution networks.
The air insulated HV fuses are sealed against external influences and locked into their own chamber upon insertion. The Scimitar range has it's own extensible derivatives but can also mix with the Sabre extensible range allowing for a mixture of switches, circuit breakers and HV fuses when necessary.
